All returns must be
unopened and in resalable condition. |

All returns must be
made within 30 days of purchase. |

Customer Service
must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number prior to any return. |

Return of initial
order will cancel the Associate Member's
activation. |
| 5. |
Damaged or
defective merchandise may be returned for
replacement only and is subject to inspection. |

The products being
returned must be linked to a specific order
placed on the ACG Associate Member's
personalized website. |

The products must
be unopened, and in resalable condition. |

The products must
be returned within the 30 day return period,
and must be returned within two weeks of the RMA
being issued. |

All products must
be insured and shipped appropriately to avoid
loss or damage during shipment. It is important
to insure the products when you ship, product
back to ACG so if product is lost or damaged
during the shipping process the products cost
will be covered by the shipping company. |
| 5. |
The Customer
Service representative will instruct the ACG
Associate Member or Preferred Customer to
include the RMA number on the package being
returned. The RMA should be visually displayed
on the outside of the package. The ACG Associate
Member's or Preferred Customer's name, ID
number, order number, and a list of the products
being returned should be included on a packing
slip inside the package. |
The ACG Associate Member or
Preferred Customer can then ship the products back
to the address specified by Customer Service. There
will be no exceptions. Shipping costs are the
responsibility of the ACG Associate Member or
Preferred Customer.
