Here is the patent-pending process:

Step 1 - Selecting Art

Art Channel Galleries' Acquisition Committee chooses art from a master list of artists that reflects a regional, national and international marketing strategy.

Step 2 - Art Acquisition

Art Channel Galleries' official Acquisition Consultants execute a licensing agreement with the artist.  Our Acquisition Consultants are experienced professionals in the art industry.

Step 3 - Selecting the Art

All images are presented to and reviewed by the Art Acquisition Committee with proper documentation.

Step 4 - Selecting the Materials and Equipment

Every Art Channel Galleries authenticated art collectible is an heirloom, a treasure that can be passed on to family members, or sold as a collectible.  To that end, Art Channel Galleries uses the highest quality materials to create its products.

Step 5 - Authentication Process

Each Art Collectible is individually signed by the artist and witnessed by a certified Art Channel Galleries Authenticator.  The autograph session of the artist is photographed by the authenticator using a time-dated camera.  The newly autographed collectibles are then returned to Art Channel Galleries so that the authentication process can be completed.

Step 6 - Art Channel Galleries Hologram and Limited-Edition Numbering

Each Art Channel Galleries authenticated collectible that has been autographed has a silver hologram seal with a unique serial number along with a limited-edition number applied, completing the authentication process.

Step 7 - Art Channel Galleries Owner-IS Certificate

An Art Channel Galleries Owner-IS Certificate is assigned to every art collectible, which includes the date of the order and Art Channel Galleries Owner-IS chain of custody secured data system instructions.

Step 8 - Art Channel Galleries Owner-IS online Real Time Data System

The Personalized Owner-IS Chain of Custody Secure Registrar Data System stores the serial number of the collectible purchase along with the date and time the collectible was created and autographed.  The ownership of the Art Collectible can then be tracked and authenticated through Art Channel Galleries' exclusive personalized Owner-IS Chain of Custody secure Registrar Data System.
